Commissioner
Appointed as a Commissioner based on the resolutions of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.
Master's degree in finance from the Indonesian Islamic University, Yogyakarta, holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, and Sanata Dharma, Yogyakarta. Started his career in the Group as Finance Director in one of our Shipping Companies in September 2009 and previously had extensive experience in accounting and finance, including work as an Auditor at Deloitte and Touche Indonesia and several other National Companies. Besides, he is also trusted to be the administrator of various companies in the fields of shipping, stevedoring, and logistics services.

President Director
Appointed as a President Director based on the resolutions of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.
Technical alumni from Pancasila University Jakarta and has become a Director of the Company since 1986. His professional activities that have become his concern are managing and raising several other companies engaged in Shipping, Loading and Unloading Services, and Logistics Services. In the midst of his busy life, he is also still active in various social activities, both those organized by the Company and those carried out personally.
He concurrently holds a position in our associate and sister company as a Director in PT Mitra Investindo (2023-now), PT. Baruna Harmoni Investama (2020-Now), President Director in PT Karana Line and PT. Sentra Baruna Hijau (2021-Now), and also as a Commissioner in Stevedoring Company PT. PBM Budi Karya Jati, PT. PBM Budi Bakti Rejeki, PT. PBM Karya Berkah Lestari, PT. PBM Budi Inti Rejeki.

Atip Abdul Latip
Operational Director
Appointed as an Operational Director based on the resolutions of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024.
He graduated from STIP Jakarta in 2011 with ANT-1 Degree. He previously had served as a Ship Captain (1997 - 2016). He concurrently holds a position in our sister company as a Director in PT. Karyatama Inti Lestari (stevedoring company in Cigading, Serang) and President Director in PT. Attha Dharma Karana (stevedoring company in Patimban, Subang).
He graduated from STIP Jakarta in 2011 with ANT-1 Degree. He previously had served as a Ship Captain (1997 - 2016). He concurrently holds a position in our sister company as a Director in PT.
